The plan was to outline briefly the ways and intricacies of the Brazilian phone network but with the Japanese making things smaller & smaller and the Chinese making it cheaper and cheaper more travellers than ever before are taking technological gadgets on the road. So I had to add in a few extras. This section attempts address some of the issued that arise when you take technology on the road.
